Skydiving Tandem Skydive - Rotorua

It takes a certain kind of person to step out of an aircraft at 15 000ft into thin air. It takes courage. The fact that you are harnessed by space age materials to an experienced qualified Jumpmaster makes little difference. You step out of that aircraft door and for some 60 seconds you plummet towards the ground at 200kph. Terminal Velocity. The fact that your Jumpmaster will deploy the reinforced tandem canopy for you makes little difference. Nor the fact that it has been packed by a qualified parachute packer nor the fact that you are equipped with a reserve chute with a cybernetic activation system make any difference. Expect sensory overload as your mind body and soul fight against every urge for self preservation. Using the latest digital state of the art equipment a camera person will shoot edit and compile a complete documenatry of your experience. The personal challenge is immense. To go through life to be able to say ‘yes I did it’ achievement doesn’t come sweeter. In Rotorua the skydive drop zone and airstrip is conveniently located at the airport only 5 minutes from the centre of Rotorua New Zealand's renowned thermal region.
