Glow Worm and 4WD Full Day Tour - Blue Mountains

You will be picked up from your Blue Mountains accommodation (or arranged meeting point), by your experienced local driver/guide. You then travel by air-conditioned 4WD to the Newnes Plateau. After morning tea in the wilderness you enter Wollemi National Park, before driving through an old abandoned railway tunnel.

Leaving the vehicle behind you, you will take a walk to the second tunnel through a cool ferny gully with majestic rock overhangs, to view the glow worms on the tunnel roof and walls. After you return to your vehicle and enjoy your picnic lunch in the wild, you then travel to the Lost City with it's ancient rock formations called pagodas. You then continue to Hassan's Walls, which is the highest lookout in the Mountains before making your way back to Katoomba and your accommodation.
