Arriving at Darling Harbour at 5.00pm, you will be greeted by one of our experienced skippers who will show you onboard one of our luxury yachts. These yachts are the height of luxury, fully appointed with state of the art equipment. The skipper will then take you to a secluded bay on Sydney Harbour and drop anchor. Once secure, he will leave you for the evening. For dinner, you will be thoroughly spoiled with a delightful feast consisting of professionally catered gourmet foods, accompanied by a complimentary bottle of fine champagne. After dinner, settle back to an evening of music and romance.

Awake to a breath-taking view of Sydney Harbour whilst enjoying a coffee. The skipper will return at approximately 8.00 am to take you back to Darling Harbour where you will be treated to breakfast at a Harbourside Café. The menu is as follows. It is based on seafood cuisine. Vegetarian and other cuisine is available on request. Trio of dips with Turkish bread Blue swimmer crab and chive baby scones with creme fraiche Seared king prawns and scallops with fresh lemon Mini smoked salmon bagels with red onion and watercress Lime and chilli marinated octopus Grilled chicken Caesar salad tossed with baby cos, crispy bacon and herb croutons. Roasted lamb lion in bash damper with wild tomato relish New potato salad with pesto dressing Strawberries dipped in chocolate Fresh seasonal fruit Trio of Australian cheese with crisp lavosh and walnut bread.
