Skydiving, Coffs Harbour - NSW

Skydiving is the ultimate experience, freefall over Coffs Harbour at over 200km/h and then enjoy the parachute flight down. Tandem skydiving is the best introduction to skydiving as you'll have a tandem master on the controls.... Your experience will start with a 15 min briefing, which will cover the jump and safety. From there you will be fitted with your passenger harness to the Instructor. Once you are in the plane, the flight up to altitude will take approximately 25 minutes and there???s plenty of views so don???t forget to look out to enjoy them. When we reach Jump altitude a complete systems check is carried out and everything will be taken care of by the instructor, then out you go together.....WOW! As you take your first breath of air in freefall you will be absolutely amazed. You???ll whiz into terminal velocity, travelling at an amazing 200kms per hour during your freefall. Your jump will be from 14,000 feet which equates to approximately 55 seconds of freefall and then the instructor will open the parachute. With the opening of the parachute the first thing that will amaze you is the quiet serenity after the wind roaring in your ears in freefall. You will be jumping into Coffs Harbour???s world famous Marine Park, with a beach landing at that. There are not many places in Australia where you are able to land on the beach.
