Upon arriving at Zen Day Spa 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment; youll need to fill in a short client consultation form. You will be offered a special herbal blended tea and filtered water while you relax in reception prior to your treatment. Your therapist will greet you and lead you to your essential oil scented treatment room where you will be given a robe and assisted to your treatment bed.

Your relaxing 30 minute Aromatherapy Back Massage will commence with the therapist first giving you a warm swaddling foot compress. From time to time during your massage, your therapist will ask you if the pressure is comfortable. Our highly skilled therapists are perceptive and professional; they will customize your treatment to knead out any troublesome areas.
