Meditation one-on-one Session - Bondi

Upon arrival you can immediately relax. I will explain the benefits of meditation and you can choose to experience this seated or lying down. I will guide you on a relaxing journey through your body, so you become really attune to how your body feels and the energy surrounding it. Your intution will be enhanced and your senses more acute. The soft background music lulls you into a space of deep relaxation. This journey will take around 25 mins and a 2nd journey using creative visulisation and nature will allow you to attune your senses further. You will have to opportunity to manifest goals and that which you desire in your life right now!
