Meditation To Eliminate Stress & Improve Concentration - Meditation can help eliminate stress from your life and you can experience increased self-confidence, motivation and vitality.
Requirements: A quiet room with 10 chairs, a small table and access to power. Number of participants: 10 people max.
Yoga To Calm The Body & Mind Yoga is an ancient system of mind-body healing, combining active meditation and exercises that tone and strengthen the body. Achieve calmness, relieve stress and create positive energy.
Requirements: A carpeted room (min 6m x 6m) and access to power. Number of participants: 10 people max.
Tai Chi For Relaxation & Focus - The slow, graceful movements of Tai Chi increase strength and flexibility and improve balance and circulation.
Requirements: A room (min 8m x 8m). Number of participants: 10 people max.
Massage To Relax, Revitalise & Motivate - A 15-minute chair massage not only decreases job stress but also significantly increases alertness and work productivity.
Requirements: A quiet room with tables / desks, a low-back chair and access to power. Our professional and qualified Massage Therapist supplies the headrest. Number of participants: 4 people max.
Pilates To De-Stress & Re-Focus - Pilates uses a unique method of body conditioning that integrates muscle control, breathing, flexibility, strength training and body awareness.
