Life Coaching For 12 Weeks

Your new life will begin with a 45 minute life coaching session, conducted over the phone. Youll set 3 incredibly inspiring, challenging and rewarding goals in different areas of your life which, once achieved, will have a real impact on who you are. The next 11 coaching sessions will be conducted weekly, each lasting half an hour. Together with your coach, youll work on strategies, and youll have actions to complete every week. Your coach will mentor, manage, stretch, encourage and motivate you, but that doesnt mean theyll be the one doing all the hard work! Get ready for the most incredible 12 weeks of your life!
