Quad Biking All Terrain Vehicle - Cairns

Riding your own 4 wheel motorcycle (ATV) through the unique Australian bushland and mountain trails is an exciting way to experience the stunning scenery. You will be given instruction and a complete rundown by the guides at the training track on how to handle the Quad Bikes before you hit the tracks which follow many different types of terrain. There are three dams on the property that provide water for the kangaroos wallabies and other native animals giving you the opportunity to witness some of our native animals in the wild! The bikes are Honda TRX 250cc All Terrain Vehicles which are easy to ride from the beginner through to the experienced rider. These vehicles are very safe stable machines and are able to move over the roughest mountain trails. The property is located 30 km from the centre of Cairns and 9 km from Kuranda. The travelling time from Cairns is just 45 minutes and the trip takes in the beauty of the Kuranda range with its lookouts and rainforest panoramas. Kuranda has a dryer climate than Cairns therefore the tours operate all year round and are fun even if it is wet. The motorcycle tracks are carefully laid out to be challenging but not frightening and you get to enjoy the spectacular 360 degree views from the lookout constructed at the top of the property. There are two tours available each day morning & afternoon which run for approximately 2.5 hours.
