Rock Climbing Intermediate Glasshouse Mountains - Brisbane

Rock Climbing at the Glasshouse Mountains is a full day of adventure.  The Glasshouse Mountains are just one hour north of Brisbane and a great place to climb when you want to get outside of the city. You’ll spend the day enjoying really nice climbs with lots of big holds to hang onto. We start the day with a safety briefing and then have a few climbs on the nursery slopes (15 metres) before moving up to the 25 metre slopes which are a great place for lunch. After lunch we move over to the final climb of 50 metres. By progressively moving to more challenging climbs throughout the day you will have plenty of opportunities to work on improving and refining your climbing techniques. The Glasshouse Mountains are a spectacular rock climbing location surrounded by craggy volcanic peaks which tower above pine plantations eucalypt forests and open fields with awesome panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.  The day will begin at 8.45am and we try to be off the mountain by 3.30pm so you can get back to Brisbane around 5:000pm.  The Glasshouse Mountains are about 70km north of Brisbane and an easy 45-60 minute drive.
