Our Yoga is based on the Hatha Yoga system; which is a gentle yet powerful way of strengthening and toning your body; mind and soul. It is an incredibly beneficial system for stress; anxiety; low energy; weight loss; injury and general ill health. Come and share your teacherƒ?û¶ù¶®s 45 years of yoga experience as she moves you gently through 8 one and a half hour sessions of wonderful Yoga and Relaxation.
