'Step out of your comfort zone and onto the rock face. Located on REAL rock, at the cliffs of Morialta (East of Adelaide), Onkaparinga Gorge (South of Adelaide), or the Bluff (Victor Harbor 90 minutes South of Adelaide ). Abseiling is the art of descending a vertical cliff face by use of ropes. Learn some tricky moves and enjoy a great day of adventure challenge. Throughout the day we will ensure that there are different abseils set up for you to experience. So once you feel youve got the hang of one height you can move onto the next. Expect to get around 6 abseils or more.'
