This day is ideal for people with little or no previous experience, the Abseiling Adventure Course is the perfect introduction to the thrilling world of roped adventures. Our highly qualified and experienced instructors will safely guide you through a series of adrenalin pumping abseils. Do as many jumps as your enthusiasm and fitness allows. You'll progress from flat abseiling to small abseiling then huge 30 metre abseiling, backwards & forwards if you choose. So even if you already have abseiling experience there is something to challenge everyone on this trip.'
