Barista Basics Coffee Class - Melbourne

Want to learn to pour that perfect cup of coffee? Learn how to make great coffee by Australia's leading coffee school using state-of-the-art Italian espresso machines. This course teaches you how to make all the coffees on an espresso bar menu; how to perform a full clean of the espresso machine and grinder; you'll learn the art of adjusting the grind to achieve a 30ml pour in 25-30seconds and the history of coffee and how it is grown; cultivated; roasted and blended. This is a 3-hour session in a purpose-built training room with some of Australia's leading coffee professionals and trainers; taking you through all facets of coffee and the world of the barista. For both home users and commercials baristas alike; this course focuses on hands-on experience with unlimited milk and coffee available. All participants get their own part of the espresso machine to work on and their own grinder.
