SCUBA Diving Open Water Course - Melbourne

Some scientists would have us believe that long ago humans evolved from water/ocean dwelling animals so fulfil that urge to return to where it all began. Explore the many treasures of the peninsula under piers drop off's kelp forests go cray fishing (in season!) collect scallops experiment with drift diving and collect artefacts or just enjoy the wonders of our Victorian waters. The PADI Open Water Course enables you to dive with a buddy to a depth of 18 metres anywhere in the world. Dive into endless oceans of ancient wrecks and spectacular marine life. Literally the world is your oyster! You will attend the course under the close guidance of professional dive instructors as follows: Day 1 & 2 Spend the morning watching videos and discussing the fundamentals of diving before hitting the pool in the afternoon for your first taste of SCUBA! Day 3 & 4 A series of 3 ocean dives and 1 boat dive in a variety of fantastic local diving locations such as Linley Point Flinders Mornington Snapper Point and more. Be sure to take this opportunity to discover the expanse of the world below the surface and swim glide and marvel at the spectacular sea fauna and flora on display.
