This V8 Race Experience gives you the opportunity to drive or do Hot Laps in a V8 Holden or V8 Ford on Melbourne???s Premier Calder Park, only about 45 min from the CBD???.. Before taking your seat in the V8 race car, you???ll be joining our drivers briefing for instruction on driving techniques in these V8 race cars, correct racing lines, cornering techniques, the circuit layout and safety. From there you???ll be taken to the pits to collect your race suit, and helmet. All the V8 cars have been race-converted and are prepared with roll cages, safety harnesses, race seats and slick tyres. They have been completely race modified to maximise performance and safety and are not governed in Revs or Speed so you can drive at your own pace safely. Over taking is permitted at the instruction of your in car coach allowing you to get the most out of this exhilarating experience
