Skydiving Learn to Skydive AFF Course Stage 1 - Perth

Learn to skydive and experience the thrill of 60 seconds free-fall on your very first jump. Undoubtedly the best way you can learn to skydive. Internationally recognised this course involves 8 hours of thorough training before you jump. Having learned the skills of free-fall and flying your parachute you exit the aircraft at 14 000ft with two instructors actually holding on to you just to make sure everything goes to plan. You will have a 60 second freefall after which you pull your ripcord at 4 000ft you will pilot your parachute through the sky to put you back to the ground. Standard training is Tuesday & Thursday evening 5.45pm to about 8.00pm at the Perth office  you need to attend both nights. This is followed by more training on the the day of your jump. This is normally done on a Saturday at the drop zone in York. The AFF course is a series of 9 stages. Training for stages 2 to 9 are usually a 30 minute to one hour briefing and are done on the day of your jump.
