Cooking Class

You select which style of cooking class you would like to explore from the various themes. Each class runs for 2  2.5 hrs and participants are shown the preparation of a series of different dishes in each passion class.

The only hands on for most of the class are your hands firmly on your wine glass and cutlery as we then enjoy sampling each of the dishes prepared. Classes are limited to 10 people so everyone has a front row seat in these dinner party style cooking classes. There are some obvious benefits to cooking with Nico. It is his kitchen so no cleaning up; you get a test run so that when you try it in your own home, you'll know exactly how to impress; and most importantly you get to eat every delicious dish!
